Allstar Senior Benefits was led by our matriarch, Kathleen Mullins. She passed peacefully on 2-14-19. We love and miss you! Allstar Senior Benefits is now led by her son Mitch Winstead, who is a Physical Therapist Assistant with 32 years of clinical experience as well as being an active Licensed Broker/ Financial Services Professional for over 26 years. Mitch is also a U.S. Army Veteran who served at Ft. McClellan, AL; Ft. Lee, VA; Ft. Pickett, VA; Ft. A. P. Hill, VA; and the Republic of Honduras as a Military Policeman. Our team consists of in house business partnerships led by Susan Kaczynski, PT, who has over 35 years of clinical experience and 15 + years of administrative and billing experience. We have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Medicare billing and health conditions.  Which means if you have a Medicare question, we have the answers. A lot of websites out there say we are the “experts”; I beg to differ. We just simply have more knowledge and experience than other so-called “expert” agents or agencies.
